Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Warranty
ZIYA warrants that all Christmas gifts, promotional items, custom packaging boxes, shopping bags, smart water bottles, massage guns, and portable speakers (hereinafter referred to as "Products") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [insert warranty duration, e.g., "12 months"] from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Coverage
- ZIYA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective Product without charge for parts or labor, provided that the defect arises under normal use and storage conditions.
